In this article I would like to reiterate some of the information provided in prior articles and give you a sample template. Before designing a strength and conditioning program it is most important to define what it is you are trying to accomplish. At the University of South Florida we have five program goals: 1. To maximize the genetic potential in all the components of athleticism. 2. To decrease the risk of injury, and enhance the rehab process. 3.
