Question: I am a high school coach with a TV/VCR combo and a PC, and I like to work from home. What type of software and equipment do I need to help speed up the breakdown process while working at home or on the road?

Thanks,
Greg Greenhaw

Answer: There are minimum specs that you will need on your computer in order to run the LRSSports software. They are:
• 1.0 GHz P-III Processor
• 256MB RAM
• 32MB Video Memory
• 20GB IDE System Drive
• CD-ROM Drive
• Windows XP Professional with Sevice Pack 1

Additionally, the following items must be procured and installed by the customer:
• 3-Port PCI 1394 card
• Canopus ADVC-100 Analog/Digital converter
• Recommended video storage of 400GB IDE, 7200 RPM

I would also recommend that you consider purchasing some post-production software. Connect all this to your TV/VCR combo, and you will be ready to go.

Included with the purchase of the LRSSports software, you will also receive toll-free technical support, software upgrades for the first 12 months and a multi-media tutorial and training software. When purchasing your editing system software, it is also important not to overlook the experience and financial strength of the vendor. In the digital video editing business since 1996, LRSSports has over 250 satisfied customers. If you have any additional questions regarding system requirements, you can always call the toll-free number to get honest, informed answers.
