Good afternoon coaches....I am coaching a Junior High School team of 13 players...the quarters will be running clock of 20 minutes each. What is the best way to use the two subs that I have to give some of my kids a rest on the sideline. I played ironman in high school, but we had more subs if I needed a break...is this more of a mental aspect of the game.Devan

Hi Coaches, I,m a assistant coach at an high school in California, and I have been assigned to set up the teams punt return. I remember a return we used in college where the players held up they men on the line and then ran with them using a shading method to block them. We had a middle, right, and left return. If anyone has a good return for punts, I am interested. Thanks, William

I need help, I am faced with a problem in the passing game. I want ideas on how you may defend doubles. I have wide outs and slot receivers with one running back in the backfeild. First of all what defense would you use as base. This team creates alot problems with motion to trips. Would look at zone or man to man. Thanks for you help.

I am looking for simple methods to audible at the high school level. Using "hot" colors hasn't been very effective for us in the past. Any suggestions? Thanks

Can someone suggest... When playing a soft cover three in a 4-4, what is the best technique for corners to get their run reads. Where should their eyes be at the snap of the ball and progression throughout the play and still not get beat deep? thank you.

I am looking for information about running the single wing offense. We have a very talented tailback who will probably be taking snaps along with our projected starter. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
