No matter how big your training facility is, you should be trying to utilize space to make your training efficient, challenging, productive and motivating. How do you train when resources are limited?
Archbishop Mitty High School has one of the top athletic programs in the nation. Sports Illustrated, in 2006-2007, rated the Monarchs’ athletic program fifth nationally, and number one in California. The football team has been to the playoffs 12 times in the last 17 years, made it to the state section finals five times and won three league or state section titles.
